Celebrate the seventh annual kick-off event with a variety of activities including a tree planting, food truck, fun for kids, live music and the opportunity to engage with environmental organizations
Join us for a fun morning at Hisle Farm Park to explore ways to engage with black walnut and shagbark hickory nuts. We will be painting, cracking, and tasting!
Join us for a night of poetry outdoors in celebration of trees and our native forests!
Participants will use Black Walnut husks and Osage to dye silk. A collaboration between School of Art and Visual Studies and Chemistry, uncovering the beauty and science behind natural dyes.
